About Shama Igatpuriwala

I offer Conscious Connected Breathwork, a powerful practice that uses rhythmic, continuous breathing to open the body, release emotional blockages, and increase life energy. Breathwork helps calm the nervous system, reduce stress, improve mental clarity, enhance emotional resilience, and reconnect us to our natural state of presence. It is one of the most transformative tools I have practiced and shared—it works directly with the body, mind, and subtle layers of energy to support deep healing and inner awakening. Breathwork is the foundation of my work because the breath is our most intimate and direct connection to life. Experience of 3 years + worked with 200+ clients ( group & personal) Yoga Over the past 15 years of self-practice and teaching, I have developed my own integrated approach to Yoga. I draw from different styles and lineages, adapting movement and postures to the natural intelligence of each individual body. With a deep understanding of anatomy, alignment, and energy flow, my classes focus on functional movement, strength, openness, grounding, and ease. Rather than forcing the body into shapes, I support students in discovering what feels natural, sustainable, and deeply nourishing. Meditation My meditation guidance emphasizes awareness, embodied presence, and the ability to rest into one’s own being. Meditation, for me, is not an escape from life but a returning to what is real, steady, and alive within us. Through breath, stillness, sound, and guided internal exploration, I offer practices that help quiet the mind, cultivate inner silence, and open the heart.
