Yoga is not just a practice for me — it is a way of life. My journey as a yoga teacher began in 2016 at The Yoga Institute in Mumbai, where I immersed myself in a rigorous 900-hour Advanced Teacher Training Course. This foundational experience laid the groundwork for my teaching philosophy, which centers on the holistic integration of the mind, body, and soul. Over the years, my passion for yoga led me to pursue a Master’s in Yoga from SVYASA University (2020–2022), further deepening my understanding of yoga’s philosophy and therapeutic applications. In addition, I have completed a 300-hour TTC at SVYASA, a 200-hour TTC at Mysore Hatha Yoga Kendra, and a 100-hour Ashtanga Vinyasa practice at Indea Yoga. My exploration of different yoga methodologies also includes the transformative 7-day Inner Engineering program at Isha Yoga, an 85-hour Aerial Yoga TTC at Pancha Koshas, and a 100-hour Level 1 & 2 Sound Healing Course at the Academy of Sound Healing. Sound healing has become an integral part of my work as a yoga therapist and teacher. Through the use of ancient instruments such as crystal bowls, gongs, and Himalayan singing bowls, I guide individuals into deep states of relaxation and meditative awareness. These vibrational therapies support the body’s natural healing processes, calm the nervous system, and help dissolve emotional blockages — creating the perfect bridge between the physical and subtle layers of existence. I regularly integrate sound healing into my yoga therapy sessions, meditations, workshops, and full moon gatherings, offering students and clients an opportunity to journey inward and experience profound transformation. Throughout my career, I have taught at some of the most prestigious yoga institutions in India and the USA, including Ekah Studio in Bloomington, Indiana, and The Yoga Institute, where I also managed and coordinated their Goa center for two years. I specialize in Ashtanga Vinyasa, Hatha Yoga, Pranayama, Meditation, Sound Healing, and Yoga Teachers’ Training Courses (TTC). Among all the subjects I teach, my favorite is the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali, as I love guiding aspiring yoga teachers through its profound wisdom and practical applications. Currently, I conduct regular online classes on My Yoga Teacher, where I mentor students from diverse backgrounds, helping them explore the physical, mental, and spiritual dimensions of yoga. My mission is to make yoga — and sound — accessible, holistic, and transformative, creating sacred spaces for healing, growth, and self-discovery. Let’s connect and share this beautiful journey of yoga and sound together! 🌿🧘♀️✨
